Sprocket, chainring or converter disc becomes the measuring point, with almost no mechanical change.
This product line measures torque contactlessly, directly on sprockets, converter discs and other disc-shaped torque-transmitting parts. The technology gives high-precision real-time analysis of mechanical loads without extensive modification of the existing drive components.
Measuring force transmission directly at the component, and with high precision, captures even the smallest losses and changes. That allows a detailed analysis of friction losses, material deformation and drive efficiency, which matters particularly when optimising e-mobility systems.
Measurement where the force is transmitted.
| Feature | Value |
|---|---|
| Equipment | Direct measurement on the part with extremely high precision |
| Signal bandwidth | Standard 1 kHz, optionally up to 10 kHz |
| Temperature range | −40 to 125 °C |
| Equipment | Minimal mechanical modification needed, since the sprocket or converter disc acts as the sensing element |
| Torque measuring range | adjustable to the customer and applicable even at very high stiffness. |
