Our high-precision torque measurement systems for industrial power tools and various types of impact wrenches enable real-time measurements under extreme conditions – ideal for motorsport, industry and aviation. With their ultra-compact design, high sampling rate and redundant sensor technology, they provide reliable data for maximum control and the highest demands in quality assurance.
Main features
- Compact design: Miniaturization down to 15 mm axial and 7 mm radial
- Ultra high-frequency measurement: Measurement of torque curves from impact pulses with a sampling rate of up to > 20 kHz
- High reliability & redundancy: Double sensor technology for redundant measurements and extremely high system reliability, even in the event of sensor failure, the measurement can be continued with a second sensor element
- Temperature range: -20 to 85 degrees (optionally -40 to 125°C)
- Real-time data transmission: Response time of the sensor: 0.2 to 1 ms, depending on the filter settings
- Optional features: Speed measurement, controlled I/O outputs, temperature measurement, and much more.
