The first step in producing a customised sensor system for contactless torque measurement is a consultation to clarify your application and the desired measurement task. At your request, we can also provide a precise analysis of your shaft using FEM (Finite Element Methods), which will form the basis of a sensor solution that is optimally tailored to your application. We will also tailor the development of the evaluation electronics specifically to your application by considering the installation space available and any peripheral control tasks equipment, and will assist you in evaluating and analysing the data captured via our contactless torque measurement system. Our experts will validate and test the measurement system and perform a calibration of your system up to 5,000 Nm in our in-house laboratory. During this process, we can also take into account load spectra, and temper the object under test (from -40°C to +140°C). Upon request, we can also collaborate with our partner companies to produce your shaft (upgraded as a sensor) in as many units as you need.
